Jorge Vadio and The Starmen is a tribute band to David Bowie, In this show the band re-visits the musical legacy of "The Chameleon".Playing his greatest hits, and the Unknown treasures, from The Man Who Sold the World.This is a multimedia show, that will take you on a journey through all the phases of David Bowie`s career.From "Space Oddity", through "Ziggy Stardust", all the way to his final masterpiece "Blackstar" , Jorge Vadio and the Starmen will perform the Major hits from David Bowie, this powerfull, energy filled concert by the band is highlighted by Jorge`s incredible vocal performance.Jorge Vadio and The Starmen have long been considered one of the best David Bowie tribute bands in Europe, and has played to rave reviews in North and South America.Jorge Vadio a highly recognised Portuguese musician with 6 album/ DvDs, multiple television appearances and major live performances, On his first United States tour Jorge and Mike Garson released the Portuguese version of Life on Mars, "VIDA EM MARTE", Authorised by David Bowie.

In October 14 of 2019, Jorge Vadio and Gerry Leeonard pay a tribute to David Bowie. "A David Bowie Night" the full Live concert to a sold out audience at The Cutting Room in New York City is scheduled for release in 2022.

Jorge Vadio Feat Mike Garson - The Portuguese version of Life on Mars.

Jorge Vadio worked with the American soul singer and model Ava Cherry, she collaborated with David Bowie between 1972 and 1975, the two met in New York City when she was a nightclub waitress and Bowie was touring for The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. Afterwards, they began a period of personal and artistic collaboration that heavily influenced the Young Americans "blue-eyed soul" era. Following this, she struck out as a solo singer and backing artist for musicians such as Luther Vandross and Chaka Khan.

Jorge Vadio and Ava Cherry, they wrote and record together the song "Fica comigo esta noite" ( Stay with me this night )
